And, In Morning Groly Cooking Class, Ms. Vy is our teacher, she is a chef and she will explain, one by one, how each of the vegetables and herbs are used for creating Vietnamese or ‘street food’ cuisine every day.

The owner and founder - Ms Trinh Diem Vy is a third generation chef in Hoi An, her cooking classes has featured in various publications around the world. She is a passionate woman with cooking and she has created six cooking class programs to suit all the types of interested gastronomes; from beginner, to amateur, to professional. Morning Glory has been known such as the first cooking shook in Hoi An. it has garnered a well-deserved reputation over the years for its classes.

Morning Glory cooking school and restaurant was recreated street food favorite of Ms. Vy. It was driven by a personal desire to keep local recipes alive.
